My name is Sarah and I am a recent college graduate that loves healthy cooking, healthy eating, and exercise! I have been a triathlete for 2 years and got more into running in the past year (I am training for my first half-marathon in November)!  After I graduated in December, I decided it was finally time for me to really pay attention to what I was eating. And I had a new goal of learning to cook! 

I ended up losing about 15 lbs and becoming so much more comfortable in the kitchen. I love to cook and am learning more every day about healthy eating! I just recently started to read food and exercise blogs and thought they looked like fun. So here I am!
